Most specialty coffee beans have one or more of these tasting nodes

We created Tasting Cups for four distinct flavors—Fruity Berry, Spicy Cinnamon, Cocoa and Floral Jasmine. Each one is derived from the Specialty Coffee Association Coffee Taster’s Flavor Wheel, which is informed by the World Coffee Research Sensory Lexicon.
